01 / WHAT I BRING
The magic is in
the making it happen.
A memorable event. A workplace people want to walk into. A community that feels connected. Different settings, same instinct: make people feel expected, welcomed, and part of something.
Events with intention.
Executive dinners, company gatherings, conferences, and luxury private affairs. Strategy, production, vendors, budgets, and on-site leadership—thoughtfully connected from start to finish.
Workplaces with soul.
Hospitality-led workplace operations, amenity programming, office buildouts, and renovations. The everyday experience deserves as much care as the big occasion.
Community that connects.
Tenant engagement, industry events, and nonprofit gatherings that give people a reason to come together. Relationships, partnerships, and a real sense of belonging.
Operations that deliver.
Clear systems, well-supported teams, trusted vendors, and a plan for the unexpected. The playbooks and service standards that make great work repeatable.
02 / A FEW MEMORABLE MOMENTS
Quite the guest list.
Even better experiences.
A few favorites from my years at Merchants Exchange Productions. From the portfolio archive—thoughtful hospitality and a lot of moving parts behind every headline.

03 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE PLAN
A host at heart.
An operator by instinct.
Hi, I’m Kimberly. Part strategist. Part producer. Full-time people person.
I’ve spent nearly two decades producing events and experiences in San Francisco, from luxury private affairs and corporate gatherings to nonprofit celebrations and the everyday rhythm of a workplace.
At Merchants Exchange Productions, I helped build in-house beverage, planning, production, and catering capabilities. My work expanded into commercial real estate, workplace operations, and office buildouts—bringing that same hospitality instinct to a different kind of gathering place.
My approach is hands-on and people-first: set a clear direction, support the team, anticipate the details, and keep a sense of humor when the plan inevitably gets interesting.
